confidentiality agreement

We acknowledge that in the course of contacting us you may make us aware of confidential and sensitive information concerning your business. We agree to receive 

and hold all such confidential information in confidence and only make use of such information in the course of communicating with you. 

All of our sensitive compliance assignments are performed under confidentiality agreement. CharbakConsulting, LLC will not share, sell, give away, or distribute e-mail addresses, contact information, addresses, phone numbers, or any other information provided to us. 

CharbakConsulting, LLC will only disclose information to the extent permitted under a written agreement between us and you. Your testimonial or reference will only be used with your prior written permission.

Individuals and organizations that provide contract services to CharbakConsulting, LLC, are required to sign a Business Associate Agreement. This Agreement includes a nondisclosure statement to safeguard not only confidential information, but also the identity of our client organizations.
